Due to ongoing growth within their Lettings Department they are looking for an energetic and motivated Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join them. This is a varied role and will involve carrying out viewings, negotiating lets and also getting involved in the property management side. 

·Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
·Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
·Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
·Conduct viewings of properties for let
·Administer contract paperwork in relation to rental properties
·Compose marketing literature
·Deal with Property Management including resolving maintenance issues
·Inspections, check outs when required

·Previous Lettings Experience
·Computer literate
·Able to work independently and as part of a team
