JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide ongoing project management support for enterprise ERP initiatives. This role is responsible for leading complex ERP projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while driving measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of ERP-related projects across multiple business domains.
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities and expectations.
- Drive change management efforts and support organizational adoption of new systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Support portfolio planning by mapping resource demand against project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication through status reporting, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Oversee vendor coordination and integration efforts where applicable.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, enterprise-level ERP projects.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong understanding of core business functions including finance, procurement, supply chain, and human resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Experience aligning competing priorities and managing expectations in high-visibility environments.
- Working knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and data migration processes.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
- Hands-on experience with project planning and portfolio management tools such as:
- Microsoft Project
- Planview PPM Pro
- ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
- Open Workbench
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder trust and confidence.
