Job Title: Senior Software Developer – CRM (Dynamics 365)
Location:  Jarvis St, Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Contract

Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Security Clearance: Not Required
Work Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day (Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary

The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking a Senior CRM Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the development, operations support, and enhancement of CRM solutions supporting the unit's service delivery operations (SDO).

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical requirements into functional and scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, developing custom applications, supporting integrations, and providing leadership to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Support

  • Design, develop, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

  • Translate technical specifications into tested and functional CRM solutions.

  • Develop detailed programming specifications and implement solutions using best practices.

  • Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and application documentation.

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Conduct design walkthroughs and collaborate with project teams.

Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

  • Promote development best practices and coding standards.

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders across the SDLC.

Integration & Reporting

  • Develop Power BI reports and CRM reporting solutions.

  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems and Microsoft cloud services.

  • Implement and maintain data integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in CRM development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (not limited to data migration).

  • Experience with:

    • Dynamics CRM entities, forms, dashboards, workflows

    • Power Automate flows

    • Power BI reporting

    • Power Apps and Power Pages customization

    • C#, JavaScript, and HTML customization in Dynamics CRM.
