Contract 

The candidate should have 1 year of prior experience working on government projects or within a government environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead coordination with ITSD
• Manage resource performance
• Interface with State stakeholders
• SLA tracking and compliance
• Handle escalations and documentation reviews

Qualifications & Certifications

• PMP®
• ITIL® v4 Foundation,
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Experience Summary

• 12+ years in IT service delivery, 5+ years leading identity and access management projects for public sector clients
