Role: EPIC Patient Access Analyst
Remote, 25% Travel
Contract - 3 month+

Epic Certifications:
• Cadence, ADT, GC, Prelude

Description
Patient Access Analyst: Cadence/ ADT/GC Application Analyst; Prelude experience would be a bonus. Mid to Senior Level We are looking for a person that has experience with mainly referrals, with ASA table experience and has Cadence/ADT/GC. The prelude would be a bonus. Minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 2 full life cycle implementations. 3 Month Assignment for our One BILH Project - Epic Implementation Travel: Follows project travel schedule - (approx. 25%) - required for Monthly Onsite Meetings, will be required to be onsite for go live 10/25 - 11/8 (Onsite compliance items required, COVID and Flu Vaccines required) - Vaccination required 

Day to Day Tasks: ~Work on Tickets for Cadence/Referrals ~Appt Conversion, Post appt conversion support ~Work with Analysts for anything Cadence/Referrals ~Work with Project Analysts to assist them on their Cadence and Referral Needs. 

Qualifications

Key Knowledge: Scheduling, Service level auths, ASA Table knowledge and experience, Appt Conversion, Go Lives 

  • Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of ADT/Cadence/Prelude build  
  • Work directly with all applications teams to ensure that interface builds stays on track according to project timelines and delivers the specified interface scope 
  • Escalate any issues or risks to the ADT/Cadence/Prelude Access Director immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution 
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks 
  • Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring Perform other duties as required/assigned for the successful installation of the ADT/Cadence/Prelude applications
