Role: HIM Analyst

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 6 months


Position Overview/Project Details:

Analyzes and solves computer problems, and assures technology meets the needs of the organization. Implements system studies to assist organizations to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes. Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. Work on tickets and assigned projects within all of the HIM applications: Coding, Deficiency Tracking, Identity and Release of Information. This will also entail design, build, testing and implementation support. The analyst will need to perform duties which include HIM build for coding, Deficiency, identity and Release of information. This person will also need to do testing for these modules as well as supporting HIM during go live. 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 years of EPIC build experience within the above-mentioned HIM applications. 
  • Must have current HIM certifications. 
  • Minimum Education:  Bachelors
  • EPIC certs Special Qualifications/Certifications Required
  • Must have current and valid EPIC certifications in Coding, Def Tracking, and Release of Information. Identity certification would be great, but not required. 
  • Location (If remote, list as so): Remote Schedule:
  • Mon – Fri – 7 am to 4 pm PST (hour lunch in between)
