Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a procurement for one (1) of Architect Level 3 as further described in the Requisition and section 3 of this RFP, to work on the Service Management Transformation Program (SMTP).
This role is for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect.
This role is expected to be part-time with sufficient hours budgeted to be approximately 30 hours per week over
the term. The hours per week are expected to vary based on the phase of work, with more hours being used at the
beginning of the contract.
This position will be expected to be available between normal business operating hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST
Monday to Friday. This position is a hybrid opportunity. The successful proponent will be expected to work within
Canada for data security reasons.
All vendors and Proponents please take note: Unless an exception applies as described in Section 1.28 b), as a
condition of Contract finalization the successful Proponent will be required to provide the Province with a Tax
Verification Letter. Please see Section 1.28 for further details. As set out in Section 1.28, the Province will be unable
to finalize a Contract with a Proponent that is unable to produce a Tax Verification Letter as a part of Contract
finalization, if required.

3. QUALIFICATIONS
3.1 Consultant Qualifications
The Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect is required to have the following skills and experience:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree
preferred.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 10 years experience in IT architecture, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
o Extensive experience with ServiceNow solution architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
o Previous experience in leading and managing complex ServiceNow solution development.
o Proven track record of designing and implementing future state architectures.
o Strong knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its implementation.
o Experience in establishing and managing a Centre of Excellence or Architectural Board.
o Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web development technologies.
o Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
o Expert skills in Powershell
o Expert skills in Server & Infrastructure technologies
o Experience with Azure, AWS, and cloud providers with ServiceNow
o Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
o Familiarity with ServiceNow’s licensing model
• Leadership Skills:
o Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
