We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, supporting purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities.

• Purchasing & Procurement Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end product purchasing process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• International Supplier Relations: Maintain regular communication with international manufacturers and suppliers in English, both verbally and in writing.

• B2B Order Management: Process, manage, and coordinate B2B orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Key Account & Retail Coordination: Work closely with major hypermarket chains, retail partners, and B2B customers, supporting product listings and new product introductions.

• Supplier Sourcing & Quotations: Request and evaluate quotations from international and domestic suppliers, supporting purchasing decisions.

• International Business Communication: Build and maintain strong working relationships with international customers, suppliers, and business partners.

• Management Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team, contributing to efficient daily business operations.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, B2B operations, or a similar role.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with international suppliers, customers, and business partners.

• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Excel and Word, particularly for daily reporting, data management, and administrative tasks.

• ERP System Experience: Previous experience working with ERP systems and business management software.

• English Language Skills: Good conversational English, both written and spoken, for regular communication with international partners.

• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
