Title: Technical Recruiter/Sr. Technical Recruiter/ Account Managers US Staffing 


Location: Sector 63, Noida (U.P)

Work Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Salary: Best in the Market

Job Responsibilities for Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters Role: 

End-to-End US recruitment process

Recruitment on contract and Perm positions.

Resourcing through Internet job portals Dice.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, and Techfetch.com 

Combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.

Regular follow up with internal business team and external IT vendors.

Interview scheduling and communicating it to the candidate.

Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards.

Understanding the job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within the specified deadline.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Must be internet savoir and should be aware of various IT Technologies.


Team Lead Responsibilities: 

Manage team of 5 to 10 Recruiters and ensure that team meets the expected metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

Hands on with Recruitment function and able to spend 40% of his/her time on recruiting.

Maintain Quality of Submissions

Dashboard & Report creation for team on weekly & months basis.

Knowledge or Understanding of both Commercial and Federal/State Business.


Account Manager/Business Development: 

Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.

Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.

Negotiate the rates with the clients and candidates.

Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.

Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.

Orient the candidates for interviews.

Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs in a time sensitive and high volume environment.

Knowledge of Internet based recruitment tools (i.e.: DICE, Monster, Corp-Corp, W2, 1099 etc.)

Initial Technical screening & identifying the fitment of the candidate against the requirement.

Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.

Above all should be willing to learn & has an attitude of go-getter.
