Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive- New Business Development (Print)

Department: Print

Reports to: VP of Print

FLSA Status: Exempt

Compensation:

Base salary of $50,000 to $65,000 + commission on all top line sales from the prospect you introduce to BIG and we convert to clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven NEW Business Development Account Executive to join team BIG. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the print industry, including trends, key players, and sales strategies. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lining up meetings and driving growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

Work with VP of Sales Print Division to always keep your new prospect list up to date and the strategy you have in place is being monitored and adjusted if needed.

Line up meetings with identified prospects at their offices or BIG Headquarters.

Contributes to BIG culture by bringing a positive mental attitude with solid work ethic each day.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with our internal sales teams so you can leverage our finished case studies showcasing amazing results to open new prospect doors.

Analyze market data and client insights to refine business development strategies that may be effective.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including lead generation, sales progress, and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the Print Industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
