Each division has dedicated Account Managers focused on just their product/service within their division enabling us to bring the highest service level combined with the most experienced product knowledge in that vertical.

• Brand Management Sales Division
• Print Management Sales Division
• Engagement Sales Division

Compensation: $19-$20

This is a full-time nonexempt position working at our Chanhassen office. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all accounts payable for the company
  • Ensure approval of invoices by applicable parties
  • Daily entry of payables into Accounting Software (Compass)
  • Set up new vendors
  • Maintain new vendor records for accuracy
  • Responsible for vendor calls and statements
  • Post ACH payments.
• Assist with account initiatives
  • Credit memos
  • Printing weekly payable checks
  • Posting rebates

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar financial role
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to analyze figures, data, issues and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel applications
• Ability to work effectively with people in an environment that encompasses regular deadlines, where change is always possible and flexibility is required
