Job Description
We are in search of a candidate who would like to work part-time; 25-29 hours/week. Flexible hours between 7-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates over the phone/via e-mail with Customers.
- Escalates customer service issues when needed.
- Monitors customer orders off of various web platforms.
- Process web orders and upload data to ensure shipping tracking numbers are generated to end user.
- Communicates with fulfillment department to resolve order issues tied to fulfillment/shipping/delivery.
- Ensures timely resolution to customer service requests.
- Assists Account Manager Supervisors with internal product SKU creation, inventory reporting, sourcing, and product and pricing updates as assigned.
- Assist with new product SKU creation on multiple platforms.
- Completes other customer support duties when needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Extensive knowledge of Excel to assist with formatting and maintenance of data.
- Customer service experience via phone and email.
Skills/Competencies:
- Ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner.
- Ability to engage, foster and support a team atmosphere.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment; flexible and adaptable to change.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be able to learn new software applications quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
