Job Description

Bush Brothers values our employees like family and provides for individual growth and opportunity. We are seeking experienced sales representatives to provide the finest steaks, roasts, and chops for the foodservice industry in South Florida.

Territories:

Orlando, Miami/Dade, Broward

Job Purpose:

This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting Bush Brothers products and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. This position often requires working non-traditional hours (evening, weekends and holidays) in order to successfully meet customers’ needs.

Duties:

  • Opening new accounts in the territory, as well as maintaining current accounts.

  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.

  • Provide product information and practical training to customer.

  • Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts.

  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary.

  • Bilingual is a plus but is not necessary.

Compensation:

Pay for this job begins with small salary and commission and moves towards straight commission as sales grow and over time with the company. You will also be compensated for automobile expenses weekly.

Qualifications

  • Some experience required, preferably in the foodservice business.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and/or 5 YRS Foodservice sales experience

  • Sales, and/or chef/restaurant management experience.

  • Basic PC skills.

  • Reside within or willing to travel daily to the geographical vicinity of territory.

  • Personal vehicle for use traveling to and from customers daily.

  • Valid driver's license with a "clean" driving record.

  • Current automobile insurance.

  • Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).

  • Ability to read, write, speak English.
