Job Purpose:

Fabricating high-quality portion controlled meats for the foodservice industry.

Duties:

• Fabricating steaks, roasts, and chops up to the company and industry standards.

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with health, sanitation, and legal regulations.

Hours:

We work Monday through Saturday, (approximately) 5am to noon during summer months and (approximately) 4am to 2pm during "season" (November through May).

Compensation:

Pay for this job is based on experience, and is negotiable. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available in season.

• Some experience preferred, preferably in the foodservice processing business, but retail butchery or culinary experience may suffice.  

• On-the-job training is available if full experience is lacking.  We are willing to train employees who are hard working with less experience.
  

• Prompt, daily attendance, combined with strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift boxes up to 80lbs.

• Military experience a big plus.
