Job Description

  • Greet customers and be the face of the company
  • Be proactive in driving new sales
  • Generate leads to increase customer base
  • Assess customer needs and consistently provide the best product options in order to build relationships with customers
  • Remain knowledgeable on all product lines offered by keeping up with current training
  • Answer incoming calls and provide timely answers to customer inquiries
  • Assist with all inventory control procedures
  • Maintain proper presentation and inventory of floor product
  • Utilize vendor specific software
  • Special projects as required
  • Ability to work as part of team

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Sales experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • "Whatever it takes” attitude and approach to work.
  • Possess selfless team player approach.
  • Flexibility – ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast paced environment.
  • Time management – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Majority of job (90%+) will be done in a store front environment, during regular hours of operation.
  • Consistent standing/walking for hours at a time.
  • Consistent use of computer, keyboard and mouse.
  • Must be able to lift 10+ pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
