Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a key role in growing the company’s sales volumes for the organization’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate units. This role requires a professional with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

·        Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.

·        Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

·        Meet with potential clients, present project details, and explain the benefits of the company's construction and engineering expertise.

·        Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support through the sales process.

Sales Process Management:

·        Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and address their inquiries about the project and property details.

·        Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

·        Negotiate contracts and manage the documentation process to ensure a smooth transaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

·        Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor projects.

·        Provide insights to the sales team and management on customer feedback, industry trends, and areas for growth.

Target Achievement and Reporting:

·        Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including key metrics and feedback.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

·        Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and construction project life cycles.

·        Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and build lasting relationships.

·        Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
