Job Description
Manage large and complex projects, while coordinating with other internal teams
Successfully run projects while ensuring project profitability, client satisfaction, client account growth and client KPIs’ attainment
Proactive and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
Develop processes and methodologies to ensure project success and value added to customers
Closely monitor projects via effective use of standards, systems and quality processes
Monitor project budgets and profitability
Develop accounts and propose services and technical solutions
Monitor production on assigned accounts
Escalation point for clients and internal resources on assigned accounts
Resolve client issues
Train, develop and mentor project managers and interns
Provide project and account reporting as requested
Report on account performance from a production perspective
Champion Works usage with customers
Qualifications
BA or BSc, with emphasis in the areas of Management, Business Studies, Languages or Computer Science/IT preferable
