• Perform blood collection from donors and patients following proper identification and aseptic techniques.
• Label and document all collected samples accurately as per blood bank protocols.
• Assist in donor screening, registration, and post-donation care.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of collected blood samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of phlebotomy area, instruments, and equipment.
• Support blood bank staff in component preparation and inventory management.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines during all procedures.
• Record and maintain donor and collection data in the system accurately.
• Report any adverse donor reactions or incidents promptly to the supervisor.

Matric or Intermediate along with Diploma in Medical Lab Technician from Punjab Medical Faculty

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a tertiary care hospital, preferably in laboratory.
