Job Description
Compliance with Accreditation Standards:
- Ensure adherence to JCI, PHC, and other relevant accreditation standards.
- Maintain readiness for accreditation audits and inspections.
Incident Reporting and Resolution:
- Oversee the incident reporting process to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze incident trends and recommend preventive measures.
Quality Improvement Projects:
- Plan and execute quality improvement projects to enhance clinical and operational outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and report progress.
Patient Safety Initiatives:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and address safety concerns promptly.
Patient Satisfaction:
- Measure and analyze patient satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
Staff Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions to ensure staff are well-informed about quality and safety protocols.
- Develop educational materials and resources for continuous professional development.
Audit and Monitoring:
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide detailed reports and corrective action plans as needed.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks to patients, staff, and the organization.
- Collaborate with departments to implement risk reduction strategies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, incidents, and audits.
- Prepare reports for management and external accreditation bodies.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with quality goals.
Qualifications
Requirement: Masters or Bachelors degree in Public Health (preferred), or a Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Hospital Administration, or a related field
Experience: 2 years experience in a healthcare institution or a related field
