MBBS & FCPS/ FRCS/ MRCP or equivalent in a relevant specialty with a valid PMDC registration. Diploma in Healthcare Management or Administration would be a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience as a practicing consultant and demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and inspire the ER team.
• Proven ability to make critical decisions under pressure and ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including medical staff, administrators, and patients.
• Experience in fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Knowledge of and adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the Emergency Room.
• Experience implementing and overseeing quality improvement initiatives in the ER.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes, safety, and overall departmental performance.
