£23,000 rising to £30,000 depending on performance, OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for a fully CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or mortgage advisor to join a well-established independently owned mortgage broker firm specialising in new build.

Main Duties:

Working from office with a team of fully CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers, you are required to contact the existing warm client base offering full mortgage and protection advice.

You will assess the clients existing mortgage and protection arrangements and offer a suitable alternative that is appropriate for them.

Regular contact has been maintained with the client base enabling you to contact them and offer full mortgage and protection advice.

Key Skills:

Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP or CF1 & CF6 or MAQ qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers or mortgage advisors who possess a good track record of offering protection advice and hold competent adviser status (CAS).

Summary:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or mortgage advisor to work within an office with other mortgage brokers offering full regulated mortgage and protection advice to the warm existing database of clients.
