Job Description
BryceTech is seeking a Senior Product Management Support – Team Lead to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Medical Products (PAE MP). This position will provide senior-level product and acquisition program management support while leading and coordinating day-to-day activities across assigned support personnel. The Team Lead will apply DoD acquisition, medical product development, program management, and business operations expertise to help the Government execute and manage complex medical product programs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior product management and acquisition support lead for assigned PAE MP activities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned product management support personnel
- Monitor workload, task assignments, deliverables, schedules, and program priorities
- Coordinate team coverage and ensure timely completion of assigned requirements
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to support personnel
- Support standardization of DHA and PMO processes, procedures, and practices
- Provide acquisition program management support throughout the medical product development lifecycle
- Support IPTs, working groups, Product Manager/vendor meetings, In-Process Reviews, Milestone Decision Reviews, and other acquisition activities
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, assessments, briefings, executive summaries, and other program products
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Gantt charts, action-item trackers, risk logs, change logs, and decision logs
- Support development of Acquisition Strategies, Business Case Analyses, Acquisition Decision Memoranda, LCCEs, TEMPs, SAMPs, and other acquisition documentation
- Apply DoDI 5000, PPBE, DHA, and applicable Service acquisition policies to assigned programs
- Support developmental testing, operational assessment and testing, site visits, market research, product evaluations, and technology-base reviews
- Monitor acquisition progress and provide recommendations regarding acquisition strategy, technology maturity, program risk, and capability gaps
- Analyze business processes and workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement improved processes, policies, procedures, and management practices
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and other measures of operational performance
- Identify and recommend technology and data-management solutions that improve PMO operations
- Serve as a central point of contact for external requests for information and coordinate responses among SMEs
- Support external engagement strategies, meetings, conferences, and stakeholder activities
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
- Coordinate with Government, industry, medical, technical, and regulatory stakeholders
Qualifications
- Active DoW secret clearance or above
- 10+ years of related experience in medical product development, or products subject to FDA regulatory approval
- Demonstrated experience in DoD acquisition, product management, program management, or a comparable field
- Experience supporting the Defense Acquisition System and DoDI 5000 processes
- Working knowledge of PPBE and medical product development
- Experience developing and maintaining program schedules
- Experience supporting acquisition documentation and program milestone activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading, coordinating, mentoring, or overseeing professional staff
- Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
