Job Description

BryceTech has an immediate opening for an Administrative Professional to support the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate with a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities.  The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Administrative Professional will provide the government, customer actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, processes to eliminate waste, standardizing best practices, reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS (i.e., Education, Experience):

  • Associate degree required in related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated relevant experience
  • Knowledge of military structure, terminology, and protocols
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Secret clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related field
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Experience with records management in accordance with federal regulations
  • Proven ability to manage hardware assets and perform basic IT troubleshooting
