Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This position will support FEMA’s Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities, Non-financial Direct Technical Assistance (BRIC DTA) Strategic Coordination and Communication Support program.  The Project Manager will manage cross-team subcontractor support and program financials. Will meet with FEMA BRIC DTA program manager and conduct briefings regarding performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities as needed.

The person in this role will:

  • Ensure contract conformance for all work performed under the PWS, to include contract performance, schedules, and costs.
  • Organize, direct, and manage operational support required to execute the work detailed within the PWS.
  • Assemble and manage teams of Contractor support personnel at multiple locations.
  • Provide contract status reporting and documentation to FEMA BRIC DTA program manager.
  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
  • Manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
  • Meet with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review project plans and deliverable items.
  • Ensure conformance with program project schedules and costs.
  • Manage the project cost and performance.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and delegate responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Proactively identify project and budget variance and cost associated risks and report to Federal Program Manager and COR.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in government project/program management.
  • B.A./B.S. degree in business related field.  Masters Degree Preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated experience leading teams of 20+ contractors providing program support to a federal agency/program.
  • PMP Certification Preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience conducting briefings/presentations to Senior Leaders and incorporating iterative feedback.
  • Proficiency with all MS Office Suite of products.

Additional Information

  • Salary Range $125,000 - $145,000
