* Assist patients with personal hygiene, exercise, dressing and other daily tasks (in compliance with agency policies and procedures, and federal and state regulations)
* Take vitals and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner
* Provide patient with nutritional support by preparing meals when needed

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current 75-Hour Home Health Aide Certification
* Two years of experience in home health care
* Training by an accredited vocational school or hospital; or currently enrolled in an accredited School of nursing with 6 months clinical experience
* Current CPR Certification
