Job Description

We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering multi-channel campaigns for a portfolio of industry-leading events.

Key responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Create and copywrite engaging, original content for a variety of marketing materials

including brochures, adverts, online banners, HTML emails, landing pages and social

media posts.

• Work closely on creative design processes for marketing collateral, ensuring

alignment with brand guidelines.

• Produce and manage content across social media channels, including LinkedIn,

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok — incorporating graphics, videos, animations and text

posts.

Partnerships/Stakeholder management

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key partners, sponsors, exhibitors

and speakers.

• Coordinate marketing deliverables for partners and exhibitors, ensuring fulfilment of

promotional opportunities.

• Support the wider team in managing logistics, exhibitor promotions and speaker communications.

Campaign Delivery & Multi-Channel Marketing

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing activities on time, within

budget and to a high standard.

• Support the execution of digital campaigns including Google Ads, remarketing

initiatives and website enhancement tools.

• Coordinate and support multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with business

and event objectives.

Social Media Management

• Develop, manage and execute the social media schedule across all platforms,

creating both visual and written content.

• Build and engage with online communities to drive brand awareness and event

registrations.

• Monitor social media performance and implement strategies for growth and

engagement.

Website & Digital Management

• Create, update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance and

SEO optimisation.

• Regularly review website performance and coordinate updates in collaboration with

web agencies and internal teams.

Market Research, Data & Insights

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and

marketing opportunities.

• Support the team with customer insights, data analysis and lead generation

initiatives.

• Assist in data segmentation, community building and database management for

marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing

• Plan, create and deliver email campaigns, including copywriting, graphic creation,

email templates and landing pages.

• Analyse campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimisation.

Event Marketing & Support

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to support the preparation

and delivery of trade shows and events.

• Monitor the registration system and assist with registration administration.

• Manage marketing through exhibitor campaigns including communication,

promotion of marketing tools, collation of event guide entries, exhibitor zone set up

and ongoing query management.

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide accurate, timely reporting on key marketing metrics, campaign

performance and forecasts.

  • You are an ambitious marketing executive with experience of the full marketing mix, and you have the energy and drive to succeed in a growing company.
  • You are an excellent copywriter who can translate technical or business content into strong and engaging messages.
  • You are a confident communicator and enjoy dealing with people at all levels, both internally within the company and in the market.
  • You are comfortable working with systems like Mailchimp, Canva and of course Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • You thrive on working under pressure and you have the resilience to keep smiling while doing it – and while you love working in a team, you’re also comfortable working autonomously in your own area of responsibility.
  • You have a keen interest in developing a Marketing career and leadership skills.

Salary: £25,000 + Incentives

Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
