Job Description

Broadstreet Properties is looking for an executive assistant/office manager for the peripheral executives of the company in the United States. Remarkable an immersive theater production company that develops and creates new innovative  projects.

The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.  In additional an executive assistant is responsible for general office management tasks, such as answering the phone and maintaining supplies. The ideal executive assistant can serve as a right hand and anticipate executives needs with little direction. 

 

 

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

 

Managing and coordinating business, personal, and household schedule for Principal
Drafting emails and additional correspondence on behalf of Principal
Screening and responding to calls, as needed
Scheduling business and personal meetings and appointments
Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel
Taking on additional projects as needed
Maintaining the office

Participates in developing department goals, objectives, systems and processes.
Make copies, send and retrieve faxes upon request.
May answer telephone, take messages, and give routine information in accordance with established procedures.
Provide backup support in the absence of departmental administrative assistant as well as daily relief for lunch and breaks to include staffing the reception desk, answering phones and assisting visitors to the department.
Maintains strict confidentiality

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

 Executive assistant experience
Proficient with entire Office Suite
Can handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong time management and logistic skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks..
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
