Job Description

In Enterprise Account Management, the Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing support and project management direction for all projects coming through Account Management with specific focus on Quarterly Business Review support and creation
  • Liaising with Account Management to understand client needs and necessary client communications
  • Representing Account Mgmt. organization in varying initiatives with internal Corporate Sales Operations Team
  • Providing support and project management direction on all client retention initiatives, including marketing communications, internal/external value awareness projects, and differentiating product offerings
  • Introducing and strategizing around additional opportunities/initiatives to help protect regulatory business and retain proxy/fulfillment business
  • Assisting Quarterly Business Review creation, taking advantage of single view across all QBRs to continuously improve the content and material for clients to enhance business reviews and optimize the process; champion the effort across ICS Communications Management for Core Proxy Business Projects
  • Assisting with execution of all client communications regarding Regulatory product offerings and industry best practices
  • Liaising with Account Mgmt team to recommend improvements and changes to capabilities documents and branding, with specific focus on Quarterly Business Review and benchmarking data.

Sales Reporting

  • Assisting with coordination of sales, forecast and pipeline reporting, in conjunction with Global Sales and Support
  • Coordinating BBDI pipeline and sales reporting needs, in conjunction with Global Sales and Support Organization (GSSO) for ExComm purposes
  • Managing quota tracking and other specific reporting needs for Acct Mgmt team

Strategic Account Team Initiatives

  • Supporting the Strategic Account Planning process, including development of client-specific account plans and project management direction on varying account team initiatives
  • Participating in selected sales opportunities in a supporting role to a transaction team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years of experience; previous work experience in the industry or with Broadridge strongly preferred
  • Finance background a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills required, Professional appearance and attitude necessary
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required, PC skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • CRM database experience (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Proven project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize across multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level employees
