Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for our Management Training Program, located in Edgewood, NY.
The Broadridge Management Training Program is an 8-month rotational learning experience based in our Edgewood, NY office beginning in June 2020. As a Management Trainee, you will gain business experience through a series of job rotations within the Investor Communication Solutions and Global Sales & Marketing Operations business. You'll spend time with our leaders in various functions including Client Services, Production Operations, Finance, and Sales, and receive invaluable mentorship as well. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and a keen leadership foundation that will enable you to immediately contribute to our success in providing World-Class Service to our clients.
During your rotations, you will have the opportunity to observe, participate and report on business processes and gain valuable insight to our best management practices. You will collaborate with fellow Management Trainees to craft and deliver group presentations to the leadership team at the conclusion of each rotational phase. To ensure your continued development, you will receive performance feedback throughout your job rotations. In addition, you'll engage in developmental activities inside and outside of Broadridge including senior management and departmental meetings, workshops and discussions, as well as associate networking events.
At the completion of the Management Training Program, you will be placed in a front-line or supervisory role in our Production Operations department based in El Dorado Hills, California.
However, the 8 month rotational period is based at our Long Island, NY location. Broadridge will offer a stipend to cover living expenses during that time.
- Entry level professional with BA/BS in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Technology or other related fields.
- GPA: 3.0+.
