Job Description

·         Implement performance review procedures

·         Custodian of  HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

·         Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

·         Access training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

·         Handle payroll administration

·         Manage employees grievances

·         Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software

·         Measure employee retention and turnover rate

·         Assist in the daily operations of the HR department

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human resources or any business related discipline

(HR Certification is an advantage )
