The Bringme Box is a unique combination of a cloud platform, smart sensors and state-of-the-art design furniture.  Technology evolves constantly and so does Bringme – both the company and its software.  In order to coordinate this evolution, Bringme is looking for a hands-on Technical Architect. 

Job description

• As Technical Architect you support the development teams in their decision making process regarding the quality and consistency of the system.  This entails brainstorming about the Bringme tools and technology.
• You ensure that the architecture continues to support our growing business.
•  As Technical Architect you are responsible for the quality of the final product from a technical point of view.
• You create a vision for the entire system and ensure that it supports Bringme’s functional roadmap.
• You launch, design, plan and develop maintainable architectural solutions that allow the flexible integration of different products, technologies and services.
• As Technical Architect you program trial concepts which you put to the test and improve where necessary.
• You coach and follow up the development teams.
• You stay abreast of new technological evolutions in the market and inform stakeholders of interesting opportunities.

• You preferably combine a Master’s Degree with 6 years’ relevant experience within a similar position.
• You enjoy offering creative and exciting solutions.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You can handle the pressure and flexibility of a young and dynamic company.
• As Technical Architect you master analysis techniques such as UML as well as modelling tools such as EA.
• You have experience with ASP.NET core Web Api in C# (backend) and Azure (Service Bus, Web Apps, Functions) as well as with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• You are experienced with autonomous services, micro services, integration patters and domain driven designs and have knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, …).
• Knowledge of Swift, Angular, Kotlin and embedded systems is an advantage.
