Today over 200.000 people are connected to our network of smart boxes. You can find Bringme Boxes in Belgium, UK, the Netherlands, Luxemburg,... within big corporates (G4S, Barco, Siemens, Nike, KPMG,…), small companies and diverse organizations such as hospitals, universities, supermarkets, real estate projects and residential buildings. 

We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager for organizing our expansion in the UK. 

As a key member, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for the selling and marketing of the Bringme products and for achieving the sales targets. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of the objectives
  • Together with your team address companies, real estate and institutional market, directly (with our Business Development Managers) and indirectly (through partners). 
  • Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your clients and to increase the income generated
  • Develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications and product offerings
  • You'll report to the International Sales Director 

Qualifications

  • This is a significant role within Bringme. To be truly successful, you need relevant knowledge and experience of selling into large corporations; selling experience in public sector &/or real estate industry is a plus.
  • You have a proven sales experience in transactional sales (copiers, IT, telecom, banking services…), and a thorough practice of activity & sales opportunities reporting
  • You have at least 3 years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Working under pressure comes natural to you.
  • You are self-motivated, goal-orientated and hands-on. You are creative in adapting your sales tactics to each customer situation.
  • You are a born People Manager, you have the ability to coach, motivate and train a team to achieve objectives. You know how to manage remote salespersons and you don’t hesitate to step in your car or a train to support them in the field.
  • Communication is the key: you represent Bringme at events, shows, exhibitions; your presentation skills and your personality make of you an excellent speaker for pitching of our company and our offering in public
