Our sales is booming, so does our salesteam. Are you an experienced Sales Director? Then you might be the one we're looking for. 

We're looking for a Sales Manager Benelux to lead the international sales teams and manage partnerships. 

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for exceeding targets by:

  • Leading, coaching, and managing the international sales teams: Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  • Manage partnerships in the Benelux 
  • Organizing and optimizing the sales processes.
  • Defining monthly targets with each team member and managing their performance daily. Your data team will provide you with the necessary data.
  • Ensuring the correct use of Salesforce to improve sales efficiency.
  • Reporting results and underlying KPIs.

You will directly report to the International Sales Director

Qualifications

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a proven track record    
  • We prefer a candidate who exceeded targets in an international context
  • You are a Belgian national and you work fluently (in speech and writing) in Dutch and French. You also have a good knowledge of English.
  • We’re looking for a candidate who is data-driven and has extensive experience with Salesforce.
  • You have an affinity for new technologies and innovation.
  • You have great communication and persuasion skills.
  • Your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking ensure you have no trouble finding solutions for problems you might encounter.
  • In addition, you are proactive, energetic and dynamic.
