Job Description

  • Create Team Mission Statement - clearly outlining the teams role and responsibility
  • Define Team Roles, clearly identifying the role description and general duties, this needs to contain a clear outline defining the measurement criteria within that role. The goal is for the resource to have a clear understanding of their job role and responsibilities
  • Provide Team Roadmap for the services that are provided by the team
  • Weekly actuals Vs. forecasted entries should be as closely aligned as possible. Manager has discretion to redirect the resource in case of an emerging issue, but this should be the exception and not the practice.
  • Time reporting, ensure that the resource is entering time adhering to established timelines
  • Ensure that each resource is clearly allocated and defined within the service delivery assigned to your team
  • As a manager review and approve time sheets adhering to the established guidelines,
  • Do not show up in non-compliance reports in a negative manner
  • Review for accurate time reporting into the appropriate areas
  • New hire onboarding training
  • Multiple Software Development Process Experience: Extreme, Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience in CMII and IEEE
