Job Description:

- Analyze, modify/customize, and develop JD Edwards Enterprise One applications to support user requirements including

   interfaces to non-JDE applications. Use JDE development tools to customize the application based on business needs.

   Adherence to established Governance and policy during modification and development.

- Review functional requirements and develop design specifications to meet the requirements.

   Ensure that project deliverable meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.

- Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions.

   Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements/design specification.

- Provide recommendations for system improvements whenever required.

   Must be able to analyze risk mitigation during the systems improvements.

- Manage program documentation on a consistent basis.

   Perform existing JDE program code reviews and recommend improvements to resolve/improve system performance.

   Follow company governance policies and procedures involving but not limited to the change management process.

Qualifications

Requirements/Required Skills:

* BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* 4 yrs  experience with JDE EnterpriseOne Xe development tool set

* 5 Yrs (Minimum) Custom developmentexperience for the following JDE Xe Modules - Distribution, Finance, Purchasing & Manufacturing

* Documented JDE Enterprise One ERP Development knowledge including OMW, Business functions, NERs, C++, Report Writer etc

* Understanding of JD Edwards applications, data, tables, and related systems, to create functional designs and technical specifications, for reports, conversions and integrations

* Proven track record of delivering custom development projects in JD Edwards Xe.

* Ability to lead and work as part of a team.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Strong understanding of the SDLC from design to production support.

* SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting is a Plus.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

* Strong customer services skills, organizational management and exceptional communication skills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
