Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Product Management Development to join our team! As the Director of Product Management and Development, you and your team will own our consumer and small business broadband product portfolio. You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day product operations. Working with product marketers, designers, engineers, financial analysts, marketers, and other functions, you will be accountable for continuously improving our products to meet users’ needs. You and the cross-functional team will be responsible for defining, delivering, and operating products that offer the speed, simplicity, and reliability necessary to become a trusted resource that people rely on every day to access all the benefits the Internet has to offer. As Director, Product Management Development - Consumer and Small Business you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product marketing to define and execute a product strategy in a manner that is consistent with our company mission and values
  • Lead by example using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making
  • Establish and champion a roadmap that inspires the company to deliver the strategy
  • Set, track, and achieve the product’s key results to deliver on company objectives
  • Collaborate with product marketing, IT, and engineering to grow the customer base
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and specify solutions to validated user problems that are enriching, usable, feasible, and that benefit the business
  • Supervise product managers as they ideate and create requirements with acceptance criteria
  • Determine and deliver returns from product investments in collaboration with FP&A
  • Ensure company-wide transparency into product discovery and delivery
  • Coach and mentor your team to create high performing product managers in partnership with our people department



  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field)
  • 7+ Years Product Management, managing the end to end product lifecycle
  • 3+ years People Management  
  • 7+ years as a product owner
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing strategies and business cases that were funded
  • Experience with discovering and delivering high-quality products that drive customer satisfaction
  • Expertise in agile development methodologies


  • Master’s Degree
  • Proven track record building a product-led growth engine
  • Building products at growth to late-stage tech companies
  • Familiarity with popular application and network technologies
  • Knowledge of technology development lifecycle processes 
  • Experience with broadband technologies and regulations
