Job Description

In this amazing opportunity as Director, Product Development and Management Enterprise & Wholesale, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of company products. Execute the product vision; develop the software framework and overall product ownership. You will serve as an expert on modern forms of product planning, customer priorities discovery, product discovery, and the product development process.  

The responsibilities of the Director, Product Development and Management Enterprise & Wholesale include: 

  • Lead a team of product leaders, managers, and designers; interfaces with cross functional teams.  
  • Learn and understand the well-defined product and provider ecosystem to ensure that solutions are underpinned by a quality provider, thus selecting correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones.  
  • Interact with stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps; solve problems to ensure a quality, highly efficient outcome. 
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on concepts through design.  
  • Oversee key projects, processes, and performance reports, data, and analysis.  
  • Launch products by preparing product specifications required by end user clients such as regional banks, state and municipal governments, hospitals, and universities.  
  • Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects in order to inform management of the current status of each project.  
  • Plan and formulate aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of projects, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements. 

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: 

  • Bachelors’ degree and 10 + years relevant professional work experience at Director or Executive Director level of Product Development and managment
  • Experience with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables  
  • Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions  
  • Proficiency in using customer requirements and feedback to help design customized solutions  
  • Experienced in Marketing and Project Management  
  • Experienced in management and the responsibility of a team of professionals (includes people, budget, and planning) 
  • Ability to use judgment based on the analysis of information 
  • Experience maintaining responsibility for the delivery of end results and contribution to planning, finances/budget, and policy development 
  • Ability to negotiate mainly internally and often at higher levels 
  • Proficient in Financial analysis, vendor procurement, etc. to ensure that the solution is financially viable thus meeting or exceeding business case requirements for revenue and income 
  • Understanding of network and IT to ensure the solution can be efficiently supported in a manner consistent with industry norms.  
  • A strong systems development orientation to support inventory, provisioning, billing, etc. to ensure the solution is efficient and effective, thus promising a ROI to the end user client 
  • Financial analysis, vendor procurement, etc. to ensure that the solution is financially viable thus meeting or exceeding business case requirements for revenue and income  
  • Understanding of network and IT understanding to ensure the solution can be efficiently supported in a manner consistent with industry norms  
  • A strong systems development orientation to support inventory, provisioning, billing, etc. to ensure the solution is efficient and effective, thus promising a ROI to the end user client
