We work across commercial roles including; project management, business development, marketing, sales, recruitment, HR, admin and more.
Our assessment focus is on our 6 core values, your soft skills and personality. We put your CV to one side to assess you on these and truly believe this helps match you to the right role in the right business.
We take you through a short telephone interview to get to know you and if you’re successful invite you in for a dynamic, challenging and engaging Assessment Centre to meet you in person.
We then take the top percentage through and have them meet some of our amazing clients to secure a graduate role.
