Job Description

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Helping to create and manage PR materials
  • Management of new client projects and programs
  • Working with the CEO and Sales management to implement the sales and marketing strategy
  • Measuring the effectiveness of our marketing approach and channels (Analytics)
  • Creating regular sales reports for sales activities 
  • Organizing company events for networking purposes
  • Attend client sales meetings

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of one-year Public Relations experience in a support role
  • Resilient and calm under pressure
  • Experience of CRM system use
  • Highly-organized 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage own workload in a fast pasted environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible approach
  • Pro-active and takes initiative
