This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends showroom hospitality, order management, and brand support. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and grounded in a genuine enthusiasm for great design and exceptional customer care.

About the Role

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll seek out and help guide clients through their experience with the Verellen collection—whether they’re visiting the showroom, reaching out with questions, shopping online, or finalizing an order. You’ll manage product leads, sales and logistics, as well as support marketing efforts, and help ensure that both the physical space and our digital presence reflect the tone and values of the brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Verellen Showroom & Inventory

  • Welcomes and assists all guests into the showroom
  • Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing
  • Track inventory and manage product sales in the showroom and online
  • Keep track of borrowed fabric or finish samples

Sales & Client Support

  • Create and send both formal and informal sales quotes
  • Process and submit sales orders, following up and handling client questions
  • Provide product options and samples as needed

Order Management & Logistics

  • Track orders and shipping with Verellen HQ
  • Coordinate warehouse and delivery logistics
  • Resolve any issues with orders, shipments, and payments

Marketing, Promotion, Online Sales

  • Promote the Verellen Boutique via social media, email, website, and events
  • Help design and update the website, including visual marketing for online shop
  • Maintain online shop inventory and sales

Industry Engagement

  • Build relationships with local designers aligned with the Verellen brand
  • Host and attend industry events
  • Deliver product presentations to clients and partners

Team & Other Duties

Support the BMID Design Team with Verellen products Take on additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or client support role, bespoke interior furnishings a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing logistics and handling client details with care
  • Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • An appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and immaculate presentation

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Full-time, in-person (40 hours/week)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site appointment
