Job Description

Brianna Michelle Interior Design is pursuit of an ambitious, and  well organized Purchasing Coordinator to join our team! As a design firm we aspire for excellence in everything that we do. Our ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all open orders from order entry to shipment ensuring our orders are processed without delay, as well as supporting our team to provide the highest level of service to our clients.



  • Acquire initial pricing to support project proposals
  • Coordinate order processing steps
  • Support incoming and outgoing communication with vendors
  • Facilitate administering payments on orders as needed
  • Obtain, update lead times on orders
  • Manage, and track all estimated completion dates
  • Keep BMID team informed with the status of all open orders
  • Communicate weekly with receiving warehouses
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Responsible for processing & finding resolution on damage claims
  • Monitor all order tracking platforms

Additional Information

We are looking for a 40 hour time commitment per week.
