Job Description
CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing personality within the right candidate to work in a fun and forward-thinking organisation as a CNC Machinist.
The role will be responsible for routine programming, setting and run a variety of CNC machines to produce high quality components.

Key Responsibilities
· To set, programme and operate CNC machines in a timely and efficient manner with safety being paramount
· Working to drawings and CAD files with a variety of materials and manufacturing processes
· Operating CNC plus manual machinery as well as a wide variety of hand tools
· Able to work independently or part of a team
· Able to work within time constraints and acceptable tolerances

Experience
· CNC Setter/operator/programmer
· Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM process
· Loading of fixtures and tooling
· Knowledge of measuring tools
· CNC language: Hass Controller, Fanuc, G-codes
· Excellent understanding of feeds and speeds on a variety of materials
Qualifications
· Any relevant qualifications with regards to CNC with the addition of tractor driving proficiency
· GCSE Mathematics
· GCSE English
· City & Guilds in engineering level 1 is desirable
Salary c31,000 per annum
