Job Description
Provide assistance to the business development and marketing teams by creating, organizing, maintaining and dispersing data and graphics (materials) to aid in the cultivation of client relationships, the marketing of the company and the promotion of Bread Loaf’s consistent brand to potential and current clients. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Business Development department and other areas of the company as needed.
- Assist with completion of all proposals. Items would include resumes, project description sheets, and corporate description sheets. Any items requested in RFP’s or RFQ’s (A305, past project information).
- Assist in implementing advertisements.
- Coordinate public relation events (ground breaks, ribbon cuttings, etc.).
- Coordinate press releases.
- Set up scouting and professional shoots, as well as resumes photos and model shots.
- Provide displays for meetings, seminars and presentations.
- Responsible for job signage.
- Coordination of client touches (gifts, holiday cards, etc.)
- Update portfolio of work.
- Keep website and social media sites up to date.
- Update sales and marketing database. Filing of proposals and related materials.
- Record minutes for marketing and sales meetings.
- Collaborate with other department coordinators and office administrator to take mail to the post office at the end of the workday.
- Collaborate with other department coordinators and office administrator to provide front desk coverage through lunches, breaks, vacations, days off, etc.
- Cross-train and provide back-up of other coordinators tasks and responsibilities to provide support during busy time and coverage for days off.
Qualifications
• Able to prioritize multiple demands.
• Flexible team player.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively, work well independently, make decisions as necessary.
• Knowledge of construction/building terminology a plus
• Able to walk-through active construction sites.
