Job Description
- Drive HR Business partnering growth goals of the organisation & teams
- Relationship building, ensuring candidate loyalty and trust; selling each opportunity to potential candidates.
- Reviewing feedbacks and replacement of talent/ resources (when required)
- Designs, develops and maintain recruitment Process & Policies in organisation (like measurement definitions, reporting, taking actions to close gaps
- Ability to handle & fulfil on complaints and grievances & setting up procedures
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Plan, direct and coordinate all the organisations operations & activities
- hands on experience with an HRIS OR HRMS Basic knowledge of Excellent organisational skills.
