The Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Business Development Managers (BDM) and Account Executives (AE) with maintaining strong relationships within their assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.  This role is responsible for assisting with answering client inquires, issue resolution and customer follow up, monitoring brand and industry for intel and lead generation. The Account Coordinator works closely alongside Sales, Project Management and the Media Research Specialist. 

Job Description

  • Create custom proposals, sales collateral and custom examples for client pitch portfolios at the direction of AE/BDM
  • Research and draft answers to pre-sale client inquiries under direction of AE/BDM
  • Own complex reporting or placement issue resolution and follow-up at direction of AE/BDM and Project Manager
  • Post event or sale support as requested by AE/BDM
  • Monitor and share industry, agency and brand intelligence
  • Hold a quota for Closed Won Opportunities through lead generation efforts
  • Create and process contracts at direction of AE/BDM
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years’ experience in account management or client service
  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
  • General knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A can-do attitude
