Brandpoint has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to effectively serve existing client accounts, manage internal resources for delivery, and drive customer loyalty and engagement.  This role focuses on serving our PR team and Media products to set the customer up for success and get the most out of their contract. Ultimately, the job of the Project Manager is ensuring the Creative Services Team is set up for success to deliver the highest quality services to the client.

Job Description

Project Management

  • Manage delivery of all assigned projects
  • Secure internal and/or external resources for projects
  • Serve as project leader to all assigned project team members
  • Manage all individual project workflows and due dates for the Creatives Services team
  • Conduct and/or attend client and team meetings with Account Executives (project kick-offs, project status meetings, etc.)
  • Lead day-to-day management of projects and facilitate communication with client as needed and between all team members (sales, writers, editors, designers, etc.)
  • Monitor project parameters for all jobs. Ensure projects stay on schedule and in scope
  • Ensure the end product delivers on time, on budget and without jeopardizing quality

Client Services

  • Serve as resource for clients from signed contract/SOW to delivery of campaign/project
  • Interact with clients as required to ensure smooth delivery (meetings and general project communication, in-person or via phone and email)
  • Proactively identify problems and solutions to ensure that client and Brandpoint needs are met
  • Resolve issues and notify Account Executives if project exceeds scope, gets off track or does not meet client expectations
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new client projects
  • Basic BrandpointHUB training/onboarding for new clients (BrandpointHUB is a proprietary content marketing workflow software)
  • Responsible for tracking individual earned revenue to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Collaborate with sales and share client knowledge. Focus on client retention and renewals
  • Ensure client questions are answered regarding reporting and success after delivery
  • Manage client content amplification campaigns using 3rd party tools

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Project Manager/Account Manager/Customer Success Manager in similar position working to satisfy clients or facilitating work for internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
  • High level of initiative and ability to work well in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills along with keen attention to detail
  • Previous experience with project management platforms or content marketing platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Acrobat
  • BA with project management and/or client service experience at an agency or marketing company is preferred
