Brandfolder is hiring a UX Designer to help shape the future of our product. This role needs to apply principles of design thinking to conceptualize and create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences for our platform. Designers represent the end-user and promote human-centered methodologies across the product team to design solutions that truly meet people's needs.
As a UX Designer, you will work closely with Brandfolder team members – Product, Engineering, and CX – to conceptualize and craft seamless user experiences that support business objectives.
You will be involved in product strategy from the very beginning, offering your knowledge and unique expertise to help shape product direction and turn ideas and concepts into a workable design. You will produce wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fidelity designs to explore, experiment and ultimately advocate for simple, elegant solutions to complex problems.
This role is located in Denver, Colorado and will report to the Creative Director.
Base salary range for this role to be between $99,360 and $128,800. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive annual bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:

What You'll Do
Gain an understanding of user needs and goals and communicate them with diverse product teams.
Create understanding across product teams to launch new features and evolve existing ones based on an understanding of user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
Create task flows, wireframes, prototypes and other interaction design deliverables.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user and team feedback.
Create visually stunning interfaces that make emotional connections with users and communicate the brand.
Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation of the user interface throughout the development process.
What You Bring
5+ years experience designing exceptional experiences for complex, data-driven web and mobile applications.
Experience conducting usability testing and facilitating activities to gather insights on user needs and goals.
Experience designing simple solutions for complex problems.
Experience leading the design efforts for one or more successful digital products. You know great UX, and you can walk us through your portfolio and tell a compelling story about the hard decisions and compromises you had to make along the way.
A portfolio that shows a foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience with prototyping as a means to iterate and communicate designs with a broader team.
Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
Collaborative, positive attitude
