Job Description

The chosen individuals will be part of the team that is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the company’s operational finance metrics and processes. The candidate will have the opportunity to work and expand his/her expertise through career planning and development through job rotations within Operational Finance department covering Credit and Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, Vendor Management and Resolution and Samples and Logistics.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to work in critical and time sensitive tasks and enjoy contributing to a fun, professional working environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  1. Build good relationship with internal and external parties ensuring process efficiency
  2. Accurate and Top quality credit verification check for trade related accounts
  3. Management of company’s cash flow  by ensuring daily tasks and processes are delivered within the agreed service level
  4. Analysis, process and resolution of Finance related issues and concerns
  5. Policy alignment between Operation Finance sections to ensure process efficiency and improvements

Qualifications

The individual must be:

  • A fast learner and an efficient multi-tasker
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mass Communication, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, must be responsible and highly motivated, proactive and independent.
  • Has a strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team setting environment
  • Has strong skills on other basic computer programs and web usage
  • Willing to work during night shifts and in Ortigas City
  • Fresh graduates or <1 year experience are welcome to apply

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Above the market Base Pay + 2.5 (Transportation allowance – tax free)
  2. Bonus tied to productivity (+ De Minimis benefit) + Night Shift Differential
  3. Unused vacation leaves can be en-cashed up to a maximum of 10 leaves a year, tax-free.
