Job Description

The Brand Ambassador will positively promote the BrandWhizz’s image to customers, delivering a superior customer service experience. In this role, you will be the face of the brand at various field events and in-store with key retail partners. You will build relationships through events and guerrilla samplings initiatives in addition to soliciting retailers for secondary product displays and executing retail demonstrations. Brand Ambassador will be accountable for the following key deliverables:

Salary range: $47000 - $55000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and pleasing client experience that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions.
  • Remain up-to-date and well-informed of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market.
  • Act as an ambassador for BrandWhizz through local promotion and brand education.
  • Create a unique customer experience to upsurge brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store sales.
  • Utilize accessible marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales.
  • Achieve monthly targets and objectives as aligned upon with the executive team each month.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product categories.
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising reflecting current visual procedures and priorities at all times.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive personal customer relationship management through clienteling and after-sale customer engagement.
  • Provide help and advice to teammates to achieve goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous retail sales or applicable clientele focused experience is an asset.
  • Possess technology skills - MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • An energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach, respond positively to any reasonable request.
  • Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills.
