Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador you will be:

  • Developing professional relationships with key customers
  • Visiting retailers to provide in-store demonstrations product training
  • Empowering retail staff to retail and promote clients products
  • Achieve overall client growth
  • Ensure client satisfaction 
  • Maintain current client retention 
  • Sales and event management
  • Support with administrative duties as directed and required
  • Utilize customer insights and analytics for future strategies

Qualifications

Skills Required;

  • Minimum 2 years of retail/customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Customer service skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • Must be able to work independently but also as part of a team when needed
  • Proactive mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Target driven
